Android
The field app. It keeps working when the connection does not: a screening recorded with no signal is held on the device and sent as soon as there is one, so an officer is never blocked at the desk.
Screening app
The live service. Everything recorded in this build is a real screening and is kept.

Training app
A separate app with its own records, for learning and for practice. Nothing entered here reaches the live service.

Install the training app first if you are new. It looks and works the same, but it keeps its own records, so nothing you enter while you are learning ends up in the live service. The two can sit on one device at the same time.
Installing an Android file the phone did not get from the Play Store
- Open the download. The phone will say it cannot install apps from this source.
- Choose Settings on that message, and allow this browser to install apps. Android asks once, per browser.
- Go back and choose Install.
If you would rather check the file first, compare its SHA-256 with the one printed above. Any file that does not match did not come from the Ministry.
iPhone, iPad and desktop
There is no App Store build. The browser version is the iOS version: it is the same service, it installs to the home screen, and it opens full-screen with its own icon like any other app.
Browser version
Works in Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Nothing to download and nothing to update by hand.
Open in this browser ›iPhone and iPad
- Open
ug-poe.ecsahc.comin Safari. It has to be Safari — iOS only lets Safari add to the home screen. - Tap Share, the square with the arrow.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android browser and desktop
- Open the same address in Chrome or Edge.
- Use Install in the address bar, or Add to Home screen from the browser menu.
- It then opens in its own window, without browser tabs.
on a phone or tablet
An officer working where the signal drops should use the Android app, which holds screenings on the device until it can send them. The browser version is the right choice for supervisors, national staff, and anyone on a computer.
Before you install
- You need an account. If you do not have one, ask for one first — the app is of no use without it.
- Download only from this page. It is the Ministry’s own address, and the checksums above let you prove a file came from here.
- Sign in on the device you will actually use. An account is personal; a post does not share one.
