Go in this order. Each step can solve things the one after it cannot, and skipping one usually makes the answer slower rather than faster.

Who to ask

  1. Your supervisor, first

A shift, a device, a record that looks wrong, or a traveller in front of you now. Your district supervisor or point-of-entry focal person can act immediately.

  2. The National Administrator

Anything about accounts: a new one, a locked one, a change of posting, or closing the account of somebody who has left. Your supervisor knows how to reach them.

  3. The Ministry of Health

For everything else. These are the Ministry’s published public contacts, not a technical desk for this service.

Report these the same day

Do not wait to be certain first.

A report that turns out to be nothing costs somebody ten minutes. The other way round costs a great deal more.

  • A lost or stolen device, especially one holding screenings that had not been sent.
  • Any sign somebody else has used your account, including sign-in attempts you did not make.
  • Information seen by somebody who should not have seen it.
  • A record that is wrong in a way that could affect a person’s care.

What to say

You do not need to know what anything is called. Four things are enough:

  • Where you are — which point of entry, and whether you are on the app or in a browser.
  • What you were doing, in your own words.
  • What happened instead — the message on the screen, word for word. A photograph is fine if it does not show a traveller’s details.
  • When it started, and whether it happens every time.

Nobody supporting this service will ask for it, and nobody needs it to help you. A request for your password is a warning sign, however official it looks.
